DAMAGE DELAYED DELIVERIES

In this process, we calculate the damages due to delayed deliveries. We determine the root cause of the delayed delivery, share claim documents if there is no internal error mentioned in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and request the damage report from the freight forwarders. If the claim is rejected from the freight forwarder, we send those documents to the insurance department for claim settlement.
